This application/website is operated and provided by SLICE Digital, registered in Ireland. If you install and use one of our applications, we may collect information about you. This privacy policy explains how information collected via our applications and websites are used and how to contact us if you have any queries or concerns.

1. What kind of information do we collect?

If you choose to register with us, the information we collect, process and use may include, but are not limited to your name, screen/nick name, or third party service ID, e-mail address, phone number, photo or other image, birthdate, sex, address, friend connections, avatar image, shipping information and location.

However, we currently do not have a registration process and we do not collect or store any personally identifiable information on our websites or applications

Our websites and applications may include optional surveys, asking for your views on various products and services. We may also detail your activity and personal preferences when visiting our websites or using our applications (see "Cookies", below). We will NOT collect or store any credit card information. We may collect and store payment records and receipts.

We may use tools or third party analytical software to automatically collect and use certain non-personal data that does not directly identify you. The types of non-personal data we may collect and use include, but are not limited to:

  1. device properties, including, but not limited to IP address, Media Access Control ("MAC") address and unique device identifier or other persistent or non-persistent device identifier ("Device ID");

  5. game progress, time used playing, score and achievements;
  6. other non-personal data as reasonably required by us to enhance our services and other SLICE Digital products.

We will keep any information required to provide services to you for a period no longer than 5 years, after which you will be contacted if necessary to ask for consent to continue to keep it, otherwise it will be deleted.

Cookies may be used on our websites to help personalise your use of our websites and applications, improve how you use certain aspects of our websites and applications and to record your online activity. 6. Survey Serving Technology

Some of our applications may use the Pollfish SDK. Pollfish is an on-line survey platform, through which, anyone may conduct surveys. Pollfish collaborates with Developers of applications for smartphones in order to have access to users of such applications and address survey questionnaires to them. When a user connects to this app, a specific set of userís device data (including Advertising ID which will may be processed by Pollfish only in strict compliance with google play policies- and/or other device data) and response meta-data (including information about the apps which the user has installed in his mobile phone) is automatically sent to Pollfish servers, in order for Pollfish to discern whether the user is eligible for a survey. For a full list of data received by Pollfish through this app, please read carefully Pollfish respondent terms located at https://www.pollfish.com/terms/respondent. These data will be associated with your answers to the questionnaires whenever Pollfish sents such questionnaires to eligible users. By downloading the application you accept this privacy policy document and you hereby give your consent for the processing by Pollfish of the aforementioned data. Furthermore, you are informed that you may disable Pollfish operation at any time by using the Pollfish "opt out section" available on Pollfish website. We once more invite you to check the respondent's terms of use, if you wish to have more detailed view of the way Pollfish works.

We take commercially reasonable steps to protect your personal information. This includes setting up processes and procedures to minimise unauthorised access to or disclosure of your information. However, we do not guarantee that we will eliminate all risk of misuse of your personal information by intruders. Please keep any passwords for your accounts safe and do not disclose them to anyone else. You must contact us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your password or other security breach. Bulletin boards, chat rooms and other community areas accessed via our websites and applications are open to the public. You should avoid disclosing any information in these areas which may identify you or anyone else. We are not responsible for the protection or security of information which you disclose in these areas.

We are committed to addressing parents' concerns about the use of their children's personal information. We ask all visitors who are under 13 years of age (or in some cases older) to obtain their parent or guardian's permission before providing any personal information.
